A hot night with only 6:59 hours of sleep. Still taking it easy as on deload week.

Another hot run with some 4×2 mins efforts thrown in.
50 mins aerobic, far too hot for running., felt quite dehydrated on run, my two minutes sets were not as fast as I was aiming for but not far off.
Finished the day off with 15 minutes of Achilles stretches. Hope it will feel a bit cooler tonight as I could do with a better nights sleep.
