Very warm lunchtime walk over to swimming, did easy warm up then a 100, 200, 300, 400, 300, 200, 100 pyramid session, I used my aquanome set at 55 and 53 to keep the turn over rate slow so that I could really concentrate on my catch.
A good session but I seem to not actually be getting any faster, oh well that’s what the training is for.
Straight into my run gear after work for a very hot and sticky aerobic 40 minute run by the river, it was nice running into the breeze, that helped to lift the heat a bit.
Did all over body stretches in the evening for 15 minutes.
